1. Return Eligibility
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Certain exceptions apply based on the product type.
2. Scenarios for Returns
Wrong Item Received:
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide a pre-paid return label, and we’ll send you the correct item immediately at no additional cost.Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We’ll arrange for a return of the damaged item and send you a replacement at no extra charge. You will not be responsible for shipping costs in this case.Change of Mind:
If you simply changed your mind about a purchase, we offer returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in original condition.Exchanges:
We allow exchanges if you’d like a different product. Please follow the same return process, and we will send the exchanged item after the returned product has been received.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

For wrong, damaged, or defective items, we will send a pre-paid return label.
For change of mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Return Periods
Wrong Item or Damaged Product: Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
Change of Mind: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
5. Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
6. Restocking Fees

7. Shipping Policy and Return Shipping
Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders.
Return Shipping: For wrong or damaged items, we cover the cost of return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
